Bag Party!
Last week, Roben-Marie Smith was the guest artist at Wanderlust. She showed us how to make a folder from a paper carrier bag. I love all the painty layers!
Here is my folder closed:

Triptych
I was fortunate enough to be able to do a second 'Make & Take' at the Crafting Show, this time with 'That's Crafty'. This was a more complicated project and so I ended up finishing it at home.

Wooden Plaque
On Saturday I went to the 'Crafting at Ally Pally' show. PaperArtsy was there as usual, but this time I was fortunate enough to do one of their 'Make & Takes'. We decorated a wooden plaque using Fresco Paints, PaperArtsy stamps and adhesive rub-ons with foil, all in about 35 minutes! Here is the finished product.

A Whimsical Face
As the previous two, this face was also created using water-soluble oil pastels, a Stabilo All pencil and a water-brush.

Phone Art
Here are two very different pieces of art I created on my phone using filters and some of my photos. What do you think?

Faces
Here are two faces I drew sitting on the sofa whilst watching TV! I only used water-soluble oil pastels, a Stabilo All pencil and a water-brush.
This one I coloured the background first and then drew the face.

My House!
Week 35 at Wanderlust was loosely based around mosaics. I used some of Kasia's techniques to create these four houses.
I glued old papers onto gessoed backgrounds and then added various colours of Fresco Paints. Once dry I added the words (c/o T Baxter) and applied bees wax and mica chips. Lastly I added some inks.
